Terms and Conditions:
- Reservation Guidelines: All online reservations must be booked with CST (Central Standard Time)
- Hourly Charter Minimums:
- Sedans and SUVs: A minimum of 2 hours is required for hourly charters.
- Stretch Limousines, Sprinter Vans, and Party Buses: A minimum of 4 hours is required for hourly charters.
- Grace Period and Wait Time Charges: A 60-minute grace period is granted for both domestic and international flight arrivals. After the grace period, wait time charges will apply:
- Sedan: $10 per 10 minutes
- Luxury SUV: $15 per 10 minutes
- Stretch Limousine: $20 per 10 minutes
- Stretch SUV: $25 per 10 minutes
- Executive Van: $25 per 10 minutes
- Limo Bus: $30 per 10 minutes
- Gratuity: 20% Gratuity will be automatically added to all reservations.
- Extra Stops Charges: Additional stops incur extra charges as follows (minimum charge, on route):
- Sedan: $10 per stop
- Luxury SUV: $15 per stop
- Stretch Limousine: $20 per stop
- Stretch SUV: $25 per stop
- Executive Van: $25 per stop
- Limo Bus: $30 per stop
- Liability for Damage: The customer is fully financial responsible for any damage to the limousine caused during the rental by them or any members of their party. The credit card listed may be charged for any responsible damage.
- Prohibited Activities: No drug use or smoking is allowed in any of our vehicles. Overloading vehicles beyond seating capacity is illegal and unsafe.
- Lost Items: We take no responsibility for articles left in our vehicles.
- Travel Delays: We cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.
- Service Fee and Fuel Surcharge: A fuel surcharge of 10% and a 10% service tax apply to all reservations.
- Cancellation Policy: For sedans and SUVs, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full price. For limousines, buses, and vans, if a reservation is not canceled before 15 days, the full price will be charged. Changes to reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
- No-Show Policy: If service is unable to contact or communicate with the passenger or related contact person after 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time by means of the information provided on the reservation, then the ride will be considered a no-show and the customer will be charged the FULL reservation fare.
- Credit Card Policy: If any credit card is unable to process the needed deposit or full charge of the trip, and a new credit card is needed, the full amount of the trip, including all taxes and gratuity, will be charged onto that credit card at the time of reservation. Your Credit Card may be fully charged at the time the reservation is made.
- Acceptance of Terms: By booking our limousine service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
